  Spent a few shifts working construction in Maple Creek and stayed at the cabins! I work on the road in different towns all the time and this place topped any hotel I've stayed at. They have fully equipped kitchens with full size fridge and stove. The owners are extremely friendly. Would go back for sure

  Booked to stay here for two nights, looked like a nice albeit wide open campground with no privacy at all. After we heard the first train go by (Just 50m north of the campground) and had got setup we decided we were exhausted from our vacation already and wanted to head home a day early. I found the Owner and let her know we would be leaving a day early (not expecting or asking for a refund, just being courteous) and she told me she would refund for one day if i left on time, but being as i caught her out by the woodshed i should stop by the office later. Upon going to the office later in the day i got berated by her for asking for a refund and she told me "you booked two days so you are paying for two god damn days", which would have been reasonable had i not been told a couple hours earlier that she was going to refund me. I then got more attitude and finally just walked out of the office. The Campground facilities are nice, although they do not actively enforce any kind of quiet times etc, the sites like i said are just big parking spots and there is 0 trees between your neighbor and the train is very very loud blasting the horn for the intersection that is right after where the campground is situated.

  Stopped in here on very short notice and the folks running this campground were very pleasant and accommodating. The campground said pride of ownership everywhere you turned from a well groomed landscaping to washrooms including showers that are very well maintained. Did I mentioned it was also excellent value? $19.00 to pitch a tent. A very pleasant stay even with the thunderstorm.
