Michael is the best caterer in town. He was very accommodating and customized our menu to meet our dreams. We had an amazing BBQ rib and chicken supper with cornbread! And if you go with a salad, go with the deconstructed Caesar. It was my favourite part of the meal aside from the ribs. Great job Redmond House Catering.
